expertise in asset management in the oil & gas
sector that is applicable across the energy
industries. Tools, techniques and methodologies are used in order to optimise the output from the resource and to maximise the revenue from the asset in the best interests of the various stakeholders.

of assets and facilities to add value to their business.
To manage ongoing incremental
projects Pöyry has developed
a combined methodology and software service called PRORANK.
The process quickly screens projects to identify those that
give the best return on investment, whether that return is
revenue, improved safety or better environmental
performance, or a mixture of these.
In order to reduce
exposure to business
risk, Pöyry utilises Revenue
Risk Analysis, to highlight
the areas that present the greatest risk to the financial
returns of the business
and to identify measures
to limit or mitigate
them.
Pöyry, being independent from international corporations can contribute unbiased technical reviews on areas such as life cycle management (ISO 15663) and shutdown planning and maintenance system review.
